Legal Expenses Insurance

It is possible that you may be covered by insurance for Legal Expenses by way of your Home Contents Insurance Policy or a dedicated Insurance Policy.

If you do have cover then you will have to obtain a Claim Form and the insurers will need to be satisfied that this type of claim is covered by the Policy you hold.
